A Beautiful Day at the Rosary Shrine

We had the privilege of visiting the beautiful Rosary Shrine, which is attached to the Parish of St. Patrick in Merlin, Ontario, to celebrate the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

There is a remarkable peace surrounding the whole area. One could easily spend the entire day just sitting in contemplative prayer, but the volunteers and clergy who run the shrine keep pilgrims busy with times of prayer, adoration, and mass.

I loved the way the light shone down through the trees on to the altar. There is no greater beauty than what God can provide in nature!

We sold so many books to the wonderful pilgrims at the Shrine. May all who read the books and share them be blessed.

There were many busloads of pilgrims to celebrate the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary with Bishop Fabbro.

I want to offer a big thank you to all of the clergy and volunteers who make the Shrine at Merlin possible. The Shrine runs entirely off of the generous donations of pilgrims and supporters.
